Public knowledge is worldwide required at the K–12 stage, and is available at scenario universities and universities and universities for all students. K–12 team university curricula, costs, and coverage is set through domestically chosen university boards, who have power over individual university areas. Local countries set overall educational requirements, often require consistent assessments for K–12 team university systems, and manage, usually through a board of regents, scenario universities and universities and universities. Funding comes from the scenario, local, and government.[4]

Private schools are generally free to determine their own system and employment guidelines, with non-reflex certification available through independent regional certification authorities.
